Lawrence Paul "Larry" Visoski Jr. — Jeffrey Epstein's personal pilot for nearly three decades — appears in more than 10,100 records in the InvArchives repository under the archive's entity index. The documents span a December 2006 grand jury subpoena, a 227-page 2009 civil deposition focused on Epstein's flight logs, internal payroll records placing Visoski among Epstein's highest-paid employees, a real-property stake in Epstein's New Mexico ranch, two rounds of Deutsche Bank compliance screening, a 2020 proffer session with federal prosecutors, and a resignation filed in the weeks before Epstein's July 2019 arrest.

On December 1, 2006, a federal grand jury sitting in West Palm Beach commanded Visoski to appear and to produce "any and all records related to your employment with Jeffrey Epstein, including but not limited to paystubs, W-2 forms, correspondence, employment applications, and employment reviews," along with contact information for Epstein and "any and all information regarding appointments for massages performed on Jeffrey Epstein" (Grand Jury Subpoena to Larry Visoski). The subpoena was issued during the federal criminal investigation that culminated in Epstein's 2008 non-prosecution agreement.
Nearly three years later, on October 15, 2009, Visoski sat for a 227-page civil deposition in a Palm Beach County lawsuit captioned Jane Doe v. Jeffrey Epstein (Case No. 502008CA028051XXXXMB AD). He was questioned by attorney Bradley J. Edwards, who represented an Epstein accuser, and was himself represented by attorney Bruce Reinhart (Deposition of Larry Visoski). Under questioning, Visoski testified at length about the flight logs and passenger manifests he and other pilots maintained for Epstein's aircraft, explaining that recording passenger names was not a legal requirement of the flight log itself but was standard practice — used, he said, "more for internal revenue" purposes and for tracking weight and balance on board (Deposition of Larry Visoski).
Internal payroll analyses prepared across Epstein's network of companies — referred to internally in the records as "JEE" — show Visoski was consistently one of Epstein's best-compensated staff members. A 2010 payroll and benefits analysis ranks Visoski fourth among Epstein's top-paid employees, with total compensation of $303,203, or 3.2% of the roughly $9.5 million paid across the operation that year, behind only attorney Darren Indyke, an employee identified as Gary Kerney, and financial manager Richard Kahn (JEE 2010 Payroll & Benefits Analysis). A comparable analysis for 2014 again places Visoski in fourth place on the list of top-paid employees (JEE 2014 Payroll & Benefits Analysis).
Visoski's financial relationship with Epstein extended beyond salary. A Cotenancy Agreement preserved in the archive shows that Larry Visoski and his wife, Eileen Visoski, held a 25% ownership interest — as joint tenants with rights of survivorship — in a tract of land at Zorro Ranch, Epstein's property in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, with the remaining 75% interest held by Zorro Ranch, LLC (Zorro Ranch Cotenancy Agreement).
Text messages extracted from a phone and preserved in the archive show Visoski and Epstein coordinating directly and informally. In one May 2016 exchange, Epstein told Visoski he was "in the tunnel" and "about 30 min away," to which Visoski replied "Ok thx" (Larry Visoski iMessage Extraction, May 2016). Passenger manifests for Epstein's Boeing 727 (registration N908JE) from earlier in his tenure list Visoski as one of two pilots, alongside Dave Rodgers, with Larry Morrison as flight engineer, on flights carrying Epstein (JEGE Passenger Manifest, N908JE). Training records in the same file show Visoski completing a four-day Gulfstream IV recurrent training program as recently as December 20, 2018 (Gulfstream IV Training Certificate).
By the period in which Epstein's Deutsche Bank relationship drew regulatory scrutiny, Visoski himself had become the subject of the bank's own anti-money-laundering compliance reviews. Due-diligence reports bearing Deutsche Bank's letterhead and run under the name "Lawrence Paul Visoski Jr" are dated July 20, 2017, and November 13, 2018; both record no adverse media findings and no watchlist alerts (Deutsche Bank AML Due Diligence Report, July 2017; Deutsche Bank AML Due Diligence Report, November 2018).
The archive also includes a proffer letter addressed to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, memorializing an October 7 meeting between Visoski — represented by attorney Glen McGorty — and federal prosecutors. The letter, signed on behalf of the U.S. Attorney's Office by then-Acting U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss, states explicitly that "this is not a cooperation agreement" and that statements Visoski made at the meeting would not be used against him in a later prosecution except in narrow circumstances, such as a prosecution for false statements (Proffer Letter, U.S. Attorney's Office SDNY).
Visoski's formal ties to Epstein's aviation operation ended in the weeks before Epstein's arrest. Records show that on May 2, 2019, Epstein sold all outstanding membership interests in JEGE, LLC — the U.S. Virgin Islands company associated with his aircraft — to a buyer identified in the documents as Aviation Development Group. On June 12, 2019, Visoski signed a Notice of Resignation as Manager of JEGE, LLC, effective upon the closing of that sale — filed in the same production file as his December 2018 Gulfstream IV training certificate, above (Notice of Resignation, JEGE LLC). Epstein was arrested on federal sex-trafficking charges on July 6, 2019, and died in federal custody weeks later.
Taken together, the records in the InvArchives repository depict Visoski as a long-tenured, highly compensated employee who piloted Epstein's aircraft for nearly three decades, was drawn into federal and civil legal proceedings on multiple occasions, held a direct financial stake in Epstein's New Mexico property, underwent bank compliance screening as Epstein's own banking relationships came under scrutiny, and formally separated from Epstein's aviation company in the final weeks before Epstein's arrest. None of the records reviewed for this article allege wrongdoing by Visoski.
