Karyna Shuliak appears in more than 16,100 records in the InvArchives repository under the archive's entity index, placing her among the most frequently referenced non-family figures in Jeffrey Epstein's household. Documents recovered from the production — running from a 2012 personal exchange to a 2018 email confirming a wire payment for an international furniture shipment — show Shuliak functioning as a property manager and personal aide, coordinating interior design, home maintenance, vendor payments, and travel logistics across Epstein's residences, and working alongside financial manager Richard Kahn, scheduler Lesley Groff, and household aide Bella Klein.

In September and October 2014, Shuliak served as the point of contact for a furniture order placed with the Miami design firm Artefacto for one of Epstein's Palm Beach apartments. Designer Ana Carolina Gomes wrote to Shuliak with floor plans and pricing for two model apartments, noting that the firm was "holding a very large quantity of items in stock" and that its manager was "asking for a deposit based in the whole amount of the furniture," warning the items would otherwise be released within 48 hours (Fwd: Floor plan - Apt.# orders; Fwd: Floor plan - APT.# | orders & pictures). Days later, Gregory Riches — another vendor working the order — wrote directly to Epstein with follow-up questions "trying to figure out your order for Palm Beach," including how many of each item Epstein wanted and which barstool style to use, adding that "Karyna was not sure if these were for inside the house or not" (Re: Karyna Shuliak (Palm Beach) - estimate order). Shuliak forwarded a related cost estimate for the apartment the same week (Fwd: Karyna Shuliak (Palm Beach) - estimate order).
The relationship with Artefacto continued for years afterward. In June 2014, Shuliak emailed Epstein directly with a set of furniture photographs under the subject line "Artefacto" (Artefacto). By April 2018, Shuliak was managing a separate Artefacto order and wrote to Epstein directly, "Would you like to add anything to the Artefacto furniture list? So far I have 5 chairs and 6 side tables on the list. Shall I go ahead and order?" (Artefacto). The two continued corresponding about the vendor into November 2018, when Shuliak wrote that "Artefacto people can meet on Nov 21st at 11am" and asked whether to confirm; Epstein replied simply, "Yes. How are things?" (Re: Artefacto).
In April 2018, Shuliak coordinated a separate outdoor-furniture order from a Chinese manufacturer, Heshan Ruihui Furniture Co., working alongside household aide Bella Klein, financial manager Richard Kahn, and colleagues Daphne Wallace and Rosie Fernandez. The vendor, corresponding from the address outdoor@rhpte.com, told the group that a shipping-cost estimate would be delayed by China's Qingming festival holiday (Re: Re: Outdoor furniture order). Freight coordinator Rosie Fernandez, of Lund and Pullara Inc., flagged the U.S. Customs Importer Security Filing (ISF-10) requirement for the shipment, noting that late or incorrect filings carry penalties of "$5,000 to $10,000 per bill of lading" (RE: Re: Outdoor furniture order). On April 16, 2018, Bella Klein asked Shuliak and Daphne Wallace to confirm a $15,300 balance payment against the attached invoice (Re: Outdoor furniture shipping cost and balance); Klein confirmed she was "sending wire" the same day (Re: Outdoor furniture shipping cost and balance), and Shuliak separately wrote to the vendor confirming "the wire was sent" with a payment confirmation attached (Re: Outdoor furniture shipping cost and balance). Days later, Daphne Wallace told the vendor the group would await the completed ISF-10 form once the furniture was loaded and a container number assigned (Re: ISF FORM).
Records show Shuliak's property-management role extended to routine upkeep of Epstein's residences over several years. In September 2014, she was copied on exchanges about wilting flower arrangements — "the white hydrangeas in the entrance are dying and the water in the vases in the dining room is murky," one message read, asking whether a vendor should be sent to replace them — alongside driver Luciano Fontanilla, previously reported in the archive as a longtime Epstein employee (Flowers; Flowers). Staff also coordinated smaller consumer purchases; in December 2015, Shuliak forwarded a Sierra Trading Post order confirmation to Bella Klein, who asked, "is it for 9 East?" — an apparent reference to Epstein's Manhattan townhouse on East 71st Street (Re: orders for JE). In October 2017, Shuliak wrote to Lesley Groff that "there is a bag with carpet samples from Sacco carpet in the oval room closet," asking that it be sent back to the vendor; the resulting thread shows Bella Klein and a household staffer arranging pickup by messenger and noting a small balance was "charging JE Amex" under an account listed as "HBRK" (Bag bag in the oval room closet). A 2014 message from Shuliak asking simply "I am supposed to leave 301 at 5:00pm. What should I do?" reflects the same day-to-day coordination of access to Epstein's properties (leave 301).
Shuliak was also copied on scheduling matters involving Epstein's broader social circle. A September 2015 message forwarded by Lesley Groff shows political commentator David Gergen replying about a planned visit — "I may be able to come by very briefly, perhaps even before 12:30. But unfortunately I can stay only a very short time" — with Shuliak among the recipients (Below from David Gergen re stopping by tomorrow). The documents do not indicate that Shuliak had any role beyond being copied on the exchange. Separately, Epstein forwarded Shuliak an invitation from a contact of musician Roger Waters to the New York premiere of "Roger Waters The Wall" at the Ziegfeld Theater (Fwd: THE WALL NEW YORK PREMIERE INVITE).
Shuliak's own travel was arranged through the same office that handled Epstein's, with scheduler Lesley Groff and American Express staff involved directly. In March 2016, American Express Centurion relationship manager Natalia Molotkova wrote to Groff asking whether a hotel reservation booked for a St. Barth trip under Shuliak's name reflected the correct length of stay, and when it might need to be cancelled (Reservations for visa -Karyna Shuliak - St Barth). Groff replied that she needed a written confirmation of the "long stay" from the hotel before proceeding (Re: Reservations for visa -Karyna Shuliak - St Barth). Six months later, records show a more detailed itinerary: Groff arranged business-class flights for Shuliak and another traveler from New York's JFK airport to Tokyo's Narita airport in late September 2016, along with connecting stays at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo and a bullet-train trip to Kyoto, copying Bella Klein on the correspondence (Karyna Shuliak & Travel Details). The Grand Hyatt's concierge team corresponded with Groff over several emails to confirm credit-card authorization for room charges and incidentals and to coordinate airport transfers and train tickets.
A number of documents show Shuliak communicating with Epstein directly and informally, outside the context of a specific task. In October 2012, she wrote, "Sorry you didn't find time to call, hope everything is ok. I am going to sleep, good night" (message to Jeffrey Epstein). In October 2013, she sent Epstein a set of photographs with no accompanying text (photos to Jeffrey Epstein). In October 2015, a short message from Shuliak reads only, "Are you awake?" (message to Jeffrey). The archive does not elaborate on the nature of these exchanges, and this article draws no conclusion about them beyond what the documents themselves state.
Taken together, the records in the InvArchives repository place Karyna Shuliak inside Jeffrey Epstein's household operation from at least 2012 through 2018, managing interior design and vendor relationships for his properties, coordinating international shipments and customs paperwork, arranging her own travel alongside Epstein's, and exchanging both task-related and personal messages with Epstein directly. Her name recurs alongside previously reported figures in Epstein's operation — Richard Kahn on financial and vendor matters, Lesley Groff on scheduling and travel, and Bella Klein on household logistics and shipments — reflecting a small, overlapping staff that ran Epstein's day-to-day affairs. None of the records reviewed for this article allege wrongdoing by Shuliak.
