Daphne Wallace appears in more than 6,065 records in the InvArchives repository under the archive's entity index. A Southern Trust Company staff directory in the production identifies her formally as "LSJE Accountant" — the finance and purchasing officer for Little St. James, Jeffrey Epstein's private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Documents recovered from the production, running from at least March 2014 to February 2019, show Wallace corresponding directly with Epstein, coordinating and tracking wire payments to overseas furniture manufacturers, managing international shipping for the island's renovation, and handling staff immigration paperwork and travel logistics for Epstein's inner circle.

A Southern Trust Company (STC) administration directory in the archive lists Wallace by title, alongside the rest of Epstein's island back office: "Office Manager: Cecile deJongh," "Head Accountant: Jeanne Brennan," "LSJE Accountant: Daphne Wallace," "STC Accountant: Una Pascal," "IT Manager: Jermaine Ruan." The same page notes that "STC is the Administration office for LSJE which controls Purchasing, Vendor payments, Expense tracking, Staff payroll and Contractor(s) payments," and separately lists Epstein's attorney Darren Indyke, project manager Richard Kahn, and estate manager Mark Tollison (Southern Trust Company / LSJE staff directory). LSJE — Little St. James Estate — was the holding entity through which Epstein's Virgin Islands property operated. Wallace's own email correspondence in the archive is frequently signed "LSJE, LLC" or sent from the address dlbwallace@gmail.com.
The documents show Wallace corresponding with Epstein personally, not only through intermediaries. A March 28, 2014 email chain has her asking him directly, "Greetings Sir, What time would you like to have your phone call with Richard Joslin and Alan Halperin?" — and relaying that his call had been "cancelled" once Epstein replied "canceled" (Re: Phone call, March 28, 2014). In August 2017, Wallace opened a chain with a Virgin Islands environmental consultant, Amy Claire Dempsey of Bioimpact, Inc., that reached Epstein directly; Dempsey later told Epstein that a "Daniel Nellis" wanted to be hired "as you[r] wildlife/environmental manager for the island" (Re: wildlife/environmental manager inquiry, August 2017).
Her purchasing role reached back at least to April 2014, when a Puerto Rico plant nursery sent a landscaping price list — bougainvillea, palms, hibiscus, gardenias — addressed jointly to "Daphne Wallace" and "Ann Rodriquez," Epstein's island operations chief, for Little St. James (Landscaping price list, April 2014).
The bulk of Wallace's documented work involved sourcing and importing furniture for Little St. James from manufacturers around the world. In August 2018, she queried a Brazilian furniture supplier, Artefacto, about a shipment of six dining chairs "for LSJ," asking, "Is this the Artefacto furniture in stock that JE is proposing to ship to STT in one of the containers he purchased?" (Re: Artefacto Order — Dining chairs St. Thomas).
That same month, Wallace raised concerns after a shipment of outdoor and dining furniture — including "Artefacto dining chairs, TOTO toilets, IKEA decorative accessories and the Coowone outdoor furniture" — arrived poorly packed from a Chinese manufacturer. "In the event that damage is discovered in this furniture, we will have no recourse with Lund & Pullara or Tropical Shipping," she wrote, adding that she had requested insurance and would forward photos of the damage (Coowone China furniture shipping, August 2018).
Beginning in January 2018, Wallace corresponded for months with "Kiko Zhou," a project manager at Foshan Shunde Jixinge Furniture Co., Ltd. in China, tracking an outdoor furniture order from production through shipping — confirming wire payments, pressing for customs paperwork, and in April 2018 confirming the consignee name, "LSJE, LLC - ST. THOMAS," needed for the bill of lading (Re: Outdoor furniture order CK20180118). A related purchase from Heshan Ruihui Furniture Co. Ltd. shows the payment chain in full: Richard Kahn instructed, "bella ok to send deposit from LSJE LLC[,] daphne can you please contact seller to begin coordinating shipment and proper invoicing" (DB_LSJE LLC Heshan Ruihui Furniture deposit, January 2018); a wire confirmation shows $15,300 transferred from the "LSJE, LLC - DDA" account to Heshan Ruihui Furniture in April 2018, with Kahn approving, "bella ok to proceed," and Wallace corresponding directly with the manufacturer over shipping terms (Wire confirmation, LSJE to Heshan Ruihui Furniture, $15,300, April 2018).
In December 2018, Wallace wrote directly to Epstein to report that a shipment of curtains, curtain rods and lamps from the Paris design house Alberto Pinto had cleared customs on St. Thomas: "Greetings Sir, So you are aware, the Alberto Pinto shipment of curtains, curtain rods and replacement lamps which arrived on St. Thomas on 12/17 are now cleared and ready to be transported over to the island," she wrote, noting the items would be "secured until the upholsterers come in next month to install" (Fwd: LSJE, LLC — Curtains and Curtain Rods, December 2018). In October 2018, she coordinated a FedEx shipment of Italian-sourced kitchen fabric with a vendor identified as Seth Pariser, telling him, "We will track on our end and are available if your warehouse has any questions or issues" (Re: LSJ kitchen fabric, October 2018).
Wallace also managed the logistics chain moving goods from Southeast Asia to the Virgin Islands. In an August 2018 shipment coordinated with the Bali-based freight forwarder Interfreight Cargo, Wallace corrected the listed consignee for a shipment: "The Consignee is not Karyna Shuliak[.] The Consignee is LSJE, LLC[,] 6100 RED HOOK QUARTER B3[,] ST. THOMAS, VI 00802" — the same address listed for the Southern Trust Company administration office (Re: Shipment LCL to St. Thomas c/Karyna Shuliak; RE: Shipment LCL to St. Thomas — ISF information).
Beyond purchasing, the documents show Wallace handling administrative matters for Epstein's other staff. In February 2018, she forwarded a USCIS Notice of Action to her colleague Karyna Shuliak, writing, "A Notice of Action was received for you today at the STC office. The notice is regarding your appointment with USCIS to capture your biometrics and have your fingerprints cleared by the FBI," and provided the appointment location at the USCIS office in St. Thomas (Re: Notice of Action, February 2018).
In February 2019, Wallace coordinated hotel reservations with Epstein's longtime scheduler, Lesley Groff, confirming room bookings and following up directly with the hotel's reservations staff to correct a booking error: "Thank you so much. Just a note please, each guest needs 1 room, for 2 nights" (Re: Reservations, February 2019).
The documents place Daphne Wallace inside the financial and logistical machinery that ran Epstein's island properties for at least five years — formally titled "LSJE Accountant" at the Southern Trust Company office that controlled purchasing, vendor payments and payroll for Little St. James. She corresponded directly with Epstein on scheduling and shipments, coordinated and tracked wire payments to furniture manufacturers in Brazil and China, managed customs and freight logistics through Indonesia and the Virgin Islands, and handled immigration paperwork and travel bookings for Epstein's staff. None of the documents cited here describes conduct by Wallace beyond routine administrative, financial and logistical work for Epstein's properties.
